Carpe Case Management
The AI-Native SIU Cockpit.
Carpe Intel evolved into a full SIU case management platform. One workspace for fraud investigation, with every Carpe AI tool wired in: OSINT, OIA, IR, red flags, network analysis, AI interviews, accident reconstruction, and Ring Hunter.

Litigation Package
Immutable, encrypted, exportable
SIU Work Lives in Five Browser Tabs. It Should Live in One Cockpit.
Most SIU teams run an investigation across a legacy case-management system, a separate OSINT tool, separate online-investigation vendors, separate communication and call-recording platforms, and a network-analysis tool the team rarely has time to learn. The seams between those tools cost time on every case and lose evidence on the hardest ones.
Carpe Case Management is the workspace built for the way SIU teams actually work. Online Injury Alerts (OIA), Investigative Reports (IR), Carpe Intel OSINT, AI red flags, network and ring analysis, AI-generated interviews, accident reconstruction, Red Team adversarial assessment, and a one-click litigation package all run inside the same case, on top of an AI copilot that helps investigators move faster.
What Carpe Case Management Delivers
Claim Cockpit
A three-rail case detail layout with case data, timeline and evidence, and an AI copilot rail. Phased-gate process guides keep investigators on the next best action, while SLA clocks and per-case PDF export keep the operational fundamentals tight. Tabs surface Overview, Notes, Comms, Evidence, Intel, OIA, IR, and Timeline without leaving the case.
AI Red-Flag Engine
Continuously evaluates the full case file (FNOL, medicals, notes, transcripts, evidence) and surfaces contradictions and indicators of fraud as structured flags. Red dots overlay the timeline at the points where the model detected inconsistencies, so investigators see exactly where the story breaks.
Network and Ring Analysis
A hero-ring entity graph that ties claimants, providers, addresses, law firms, and vehicles into a single visual. Investigators can pivot through the network, follow the ring, and pull entity-level evidence into the case file in one click.
AI Auto-Dial Interviews
Carpe Case generates targeted interview questions from the case file, matches an investigator persona by language and demographic, and conducts inbound and outbound calls. Calls are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed against the claim, with discrepancies returned as structured findings.
Accident Reconstruction
Upload a police report, scene photos, and supporting evidence. Carpe Case generates a forensic narrative and a video-style reconstruction of the incident, with detailed call-outs comparing the claimant narrative against the physics and the documented evidence.
Red Team Adversarial Assessment
A "what would plaintiff counsel do with this file" view. Carpe Case predicts attack vectors, weak points in the evidence, and deposition narratives plaintiff firms are likely to construct, so defense and SIU can fortify the file before suit is filed.
One-Click Litigation Package
Assemble the full case bundle (timeline, evidence, transcripts, OSINT, network, red-flag rationale, accident reconstruction) as an immutable, encrypted, exportable PDF. Hand-off to internal legal or defense counsel becomes a single action, with chain of custody preserved.
Ring Hunter
Two modes for fraud-ring discovery. Autonomous Ring Hunter scans the full claims dataset and surfaces predicted rings with member graphs, shared signals, and an AI narrative. Manual mode lets investigators seed a hypothesis and have the system dig in. Built for the way SIU teams actually find rings.
Manager Analytics
A manager view across the SIU caseload: escalation rate, ring discovery contribution, gate completion, statement cross-check usage, AI-assist engagement, referral rate, and fraud detection rate. Cycle-time KPIs and SLA warnings give managers a single operational dashboard.

Accident Reconstruction
When the Story Doesn’t Match the Physics.
Upload a police report, scene photos, and supporting evidence. Carpe Case Management generates a forensic narrative and a physics-based reconstruction, with explicit call-outs comparing the claimant’s version against the documented evidence, ready to attach to a litigation package.

Claimant Narrative
Pulled directly from the recorded statement and FNOL notes, preserved verbatim with timestamped source links.
Physics-Based Reconstruction
AI-generated reconstruction grounded in the police report, scene photos, and posted speed limits.
Claimant Intersection Diagram
Diagram of the incident as described by the claimant, drawn from the statement.
Reconstructed Intersection
The same intersection, redrawn from the evidence. Inconsistencies become a red-flag attached to the case file.
Built on the Carpe Stack
Carpe Case Management is the workspace where every other Carpe claims product is the natural next click. Carriers already using OIA, IR, and Carpe Intel get an operational seat that turns those investments into a single AI-native cockpit.
Carpe Intel OSINT, Built In
Carpe Intel OSINT runs natively inside every case. Social media, business filings, prior addresses, court records, assets, professional records, and news mentions surface in a dedicated panel, with findings persisted to the case for future reference and re-runs scheduled on a cadence.
OIA and IR in the Same Workspace
Online Injury Alerts (OIA) and Investigative Reports (IR) results show up in the case alongside notes, communications, and AI insights, ending the three-browser-tab problem. Every Carpe claims product becomes the natural next click from the SIU seat.
White-Label and Multi-Tenant
A built-in brand engine swaps tenant skin (logo, colors, header) at runtime, so Carpe Case can deploy with carrier-specific branding off a single codebase. Pilots can stand up quickly without separate environments per carrier.

Common Questions About Carpe Case Management
What is Carpe Case Management?+
Carpe Case Management is the AI-native case management cockpit for insurance SIU teams. It is the workspace where claim handlers and investigators run fraud investigations, with Carpe Intel OSINT, Online Injury Alerts (OIA), Investigative Reports (IR), AI red flags, network analysis, AI-driven interviews, accident reconstruction, and Ring Hunter fraud-ring discovery all wired together in a single seat.
How is Carpe Case Management different from a generic claims case system?+
Generic case management systems are case folders, notes, and communications. Carpe Case Management is a case folder plus every Carpe AI investigation tool surfaced in-flow, plus an AI copilot that drafts memos, summarizes the case, generates interview questions, and recommends the next best action. It is built specifically for SIU work, not generic claims administration.
Does it replace our core claims system?+
No. Carpe Case Management sits alongside Guidewire ClaimCenter and similar core systems. It is the SIU seat where investigators do their fraud work, not the system of record for the underlying claim. Phase-one pilots typically run with mock data plus FNOL extracts, so no core-system integration is required to get started.
How does Ring Hunter work?+
Ring Hunter has two modes. Autonomous mode scans the full claims dataset and surfaces predicted fraud rings with the underlying member graph, shared signals (addresses, providers, attorneys, vehicles), and an AI narrative explaining the connections. Manual mode lets an investigator seed a hypothesis (a suspect address, provider NPI, attorney firm, or vehicle), and the system pivots from that seed to find connected claims.
Who is Carpe Case Management for?+
Primarily SIU investigators and SIU managers at P&C insurance carriers, particularly carriers that already use Online Injury Alerts (OIA), Investigative Reports (IR), or Carpe Intel and want a single workspace to operationalize those tools. Carrier targets are typically running SIU teams of 25 or more investigators on a legacy or generic case management system.
